another fun-filled Saturday

About 11 of us went to Tiong Bahru and sketched this morning. It was a crowded place on Saturday. The cars moved in and out at the corner of my first location on the top drawing often blocked my view and I counted there were about 4 to 5 cars. Some drivers apologized to us but one or two just did not bother. They just parked illegally! I tried a new technique today with graphite and watercolour and I cropped the sketch to make it looked longer. The sketch at the bottom took me about 5 minutes to colour on location. The lighter wash was first posted on facebook. I added more colours later at home.
