First class without grant

March 2026 I concluded my very first class at Brahm without the grant from National Silver Academy. This means that in future courses, the participants will have to pay a full fee with 20% discount for first 20 pax. I was very grateful for the continuing support given by these seniors new and old so I did a sketch of them while they were focusing on work to remember who's who in this class.

NAFA - Outdoor Sketching and Painting

4 sessions of Outdoor Sketching and Painting course were held every Monday from 2 to 23 Mar under NAFA's Centre for Learning Education (CLE). Here are some photos down the memory lane.

It's a Wrap!

From 3 Nov to 24 Nov 2025 on four Monday mornings, I taught "Outdoor Sketching and Painting" course at Centre for Lifelong Education (CLE) at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). They are not all seniors, Abigail in her 20s or 30s was the youngest in between jobs and Boon Cheong in his 40s, took leaves to attend all four sessions, the rest are either young seniors or recent retirees.

Intermediate Class at Brahm Tampines

Today we concluded another successful intermediate class on Pen and Ink Drawing at Brahm Tampines. There were over 24 young seniors and one young lady producing such impressive sketches for 6 lessons over 6 weeks. Some of them didn't take the beginners' class and they were able to follow and produce great sketches!

Second Intermediate Class for Seniors

Yesterday, I concluded the second intermediate level "Pen and Ink Drawing" class at Brahm Newton. The one conducted at Brahm Tampines completed two week ago at this link.

These pieces are all done by the seniors in the class. They surprised me with such high standard of work with my lesson plans tailored to their needs every week. They motivated me to designing lesson plans that suit their needs and they grasped the concept and skills really quick. So fun and inspiring!
